Description
When I try to run mpirun I get the following error.
$ sudo port install gnuplot ---> Computing dependencies for gnuplot Error: Target org.macports.activate returned: Registry error: automake 1.11_0 not registered as installed. Error: The following dependencies failed to build: gd2 automake jpeg libpng libtool xpm pkgconfig xorg-libX11 xorg-bigreqsproto xorg-inputproto xorg-kbproto xorg-libXau xorg-xproto xorg-libXdmcp xorg-util-macros xorg-xcmiscproto xorg-xextproto xorg-xf86bigfontproto xorg-xtrans pdflib readline Error: Status 1 encountered during processing. $

You either need to delete that file and activate or simply force the activate.
sudo port -f activate automake
