As a QUCS dependency I had to install QT3 which will fail in future MacPorts releases.

In r68145 I opened maintainership, so anybody can fix issues in the port.

Fixed in r68144. The port now sets "destroot.violate_mtree" to "yes".
I didn't bump the revision number, I don't know if this flag is stored anywhere after the port is installed.
