Description

1.9.1 seems to be more unstable and is officially not supported by Rails 3. 1.9.2 seems to be the much better version to work with.

I agree ruby 1.9.2dev is enough stable, but it's a development version.

1.9.2 will be released at the begin of the next month. please wait a month.
