libjit-0.0.6 install error: checksum mismatch

On trying to install libjit, using Snow Leopard, through ports I get the following error:

The currently available version of libjit is 0.1.2.

My apologies, but I am rather new to MacPorts. The

sudo port install libjit

command claimed it was trying to fetch the package as follows

--->  Attempting to fetch libjit-0.0.6.tar.gz from http://www.southern-storm.com.au/download

If indeed version 0.1.2 is available, how would I tell the port command to get that instead of the default one? I tried to do

sudo port uninstall libjit
port clean --all libjit
port selfupdate
port install libjit

but it is still trying to download version 0.0.6.

Ah, I think I figured out the version issue. Now on issuing

sudo port install libjit version=0.1.2

I get
