I have submitted an upgrade to caml-graph @1.6 that also fixes the bug (see ticket #28524)

Hmm, caml-graph 1.3 installs fine for me so I can't verify that the patch from #28524 resolves this. Perhaps someone else who is experiencing the issue could try?

The port has been updated to version 1.7. Do you still experience this error with that version?

Bare usernames do not work in the cc field, you have to use full email addresses. Also, as mentioned in the ticket guidelines, putting openmaintainer in cc is not useful.
