Committed in r71800 due to maintainer timeout. Sorry if this steps on toes, but the 1.2.3 release of django
closes a serious security flaw.

A security fix is well within the spirit of the rules for non-maintainer updates. You're allowed to commit changes if the maintainer doesn't respond within 72 hours anyway.
