Description: Updated the hugs98 port from version Nov2002 to the latest snapshot.

Comments: The last release version of Hugs, Nov2003, didn't build for me so I tried the latest development snapshot which builds pretty much out of the box, removing practically all (what little there was) magic from the Portfile. Even though this is a development snapshot and not an official release, I think it should be stable enough. Nov2002 is so old to be almost useless and Nov2003 didn't work for some strange reason, so I figured we might as well use this one.

I'll take a look at this. What I'll probably do is create a new port, hugs-devel, for hte port built from the snapshot.

Portfile committed as the new port hugs98-devel.
I'll send a note to the hugs list and see what the release schedule is. If a new release is still indefinitely far away, I'll consider moving the snapshot to the standard hugs98 port, as that is getting quite stale.
Unfortunately the Nov 2003 (latest stable) release has all manner of linking issues on OS X.
