Description
Mac::Pasteboard allows perl to manipulate OS X clipboards and pasteboards. Required by the macosx-clipboard module of rxvt-unicode, as discussed in #17434.

Committed in r79041 with some cleanup. This port appears to have been created with the old version of cpan2port, which created portfiles that needed a lot of manual cleanup afterward to make them comply with best practices.
- fixed maintainer line
- removed unnecessary extract.suffix and master_sites
- added required long_descirption
- adjusted whitespace and formatting
