Warning installing OpenDx on Snow Leopard

Tried to install opendx on my system (Snow Leopard)

It installed quite a few dependencies without any problem. Then I get the following:

What does this mean and do I need to fix it?

Please remember to preview and use WikiFormatting, fill in the Port field, and cc the maintainer.

The message means that the port installs files outside the usual places, and you would fix it by making it not do that.
