gst-plugins-gl doesn't include libpng dependency

Description
I think libpng usually gets installed by some other gstreamer package, but it is also possible under certain circumstances (for instance by disabling x11 in all plugins) that is not present at all. So gst-plugins-gl should explicitly declare dependency on libpng.

Disabling x11 does not seem to be the way to avoid libpng in the dependency tree; however, the +no_gnome_vfs variant of gst-plugins-base would remove dependencies upon gconf -> gtk2 -> pango -> cairo -> libpng.
Thanks for taking the time to find this omission.
