#29242 closed update (fixed)

pymol-1.4

Reported by: howarth@… Owned by: ryandesign (Ryan Carsten Schmidt)
Priority: Normal Milestone:
Component: ports Version: 1.9.2
Keywords: haspatch maintainer Cc:
Port: pymol

Description

The attached packaging updates pymol to the new 1.4 release from pymol svn, enables the new opengl shader support by building against the GLEW port and radically simplifies the Portfile by adopting the same setup.py build approach as Fedora. The existing patches for the pymol port are replaced by two; one for setup.py and one to create the pymol shell script. Note that I am still building against python26 because the pynmr package is incompatible with python27. Note that I am attaching the Portfile as well as the Portfile.diff so the simplification of the Portfile is clearer.
