Description 

Error: Target org.macports.destroot returned: xinstall: Cannot stat: /opt/local/share/doc/bitstream-vera/local.conf, No such file or directory
Log for fontconfig is at: /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_graphics_fontconfig/main.log
Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.

Fontconfig looks for local.conf but according to #22601, it is not installed anymore.

This only happens if you request the +vera variant of fontconfig.

If we remove the lines from the vera variant that were trying to install this now-nonexistent file, the only thing the variant still does is add a dependency on bitstream-vera, and just that doesn't warrant the variant existing anymore. Removed the variant in r78874.
