Description
Installing lame 3.99 (sudo port install lame) on a fresh OSX Lion install, and checksum mismatches. I've cleaned the port and retried a couple of times; maybe the hosted file (lame-3.99.tar.gz) has changed since the checksum was created? Below is the output from Macports; attached is the referenced logfile.
---> Computing dependencies for lame ---> Fetching archive for lame ---> Attempting to fetch lame-3.99_0.darwin_11.x86_64.tbz2 from http://packages.macports.org/lame ---> Fetching lame ---> Verifying checksum(s) for lame Error: Checksum (md5) mismatch for lame-3.99.tar.gz Error: Checksum (sha1) mismatch for lame-3.99.tar.gz Error: Checksum (rmd160) mismatch for lame-3.99.tar.gz Error: Target org.macports.checksum returned: Unable to verify file checksums Log for lame is at: /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_audio_lame/lame/main.log Error: Status 1 encountered during processing.

Replying to ryandesign@…:
Has duplicate #31652.
I've cleaned the ports and tried installing again, but still generates errors and the error log differs from Ticket #31651.

Sorry, I was too quick to call it a duplicate. It looks like some mirrors are still carrying the old file.

Yes, a stealth update occurred 4 hours ago. Apparently the previously uploaded "3.99" was not the final version.
