Dear maintainer, I am experiencing a problem when installing privoxy 3.0.17 with MacPorts 2.0.3; the issue is described in the attached file.

Unfortunately, the privoxy port does not have a maintainer.
Duplicate of #21197, which has a workaround you could try which worked for some, but not others.
