Description
Dear all, openocd version 0.5.0 is released and I tested it and updated the port. It work perfect with Olimex (FT2232) ARM-USB-OCD-H.
The previous patch can be removed because it doesn't apply.

openocd 0.5.0, multiple programmer support, dependencies cleaned

Attached unified Portfile updated for 0.5.0 with additional support for multiple programmers via variants. I think this is a crucial addition.
- libftdi/libftd2xx dependencies have been cleaned up.
- parport ist currently only supported on Linux targets.
- Build tested with +arm_jtag_ew+buspirate+usb_blaster+usbprog.
