konsole: too many dependencies?

Description
Konsole on MacPorts lists kde4-baseapps as a dependency whereas on Ubuntu the dependencies listed are only kdelibs4c2a libc6 libgcc1 libstdc++6 libxrender1 libxtst6.
The upshot is that installing Konsole install a lot of the KDE subsystem that might be unnecessary.

The dependency on kde4-baseapps was added after the report in ticket #33137, which shows that some requirements for konsole are stored in kde-baseapps package. I just confirmed that it is still the case, and not having kde4-baseapps installed makes konsole to crash at configure stage.
