Summary: | New port py27-ete2 → py26-ete2: use unified portgroup and add py27 |
Type: | submission → enhancement |
Version: | 2.1.1 |
This should be done by moving py26-ete2 to py-ete2 and using the unified python portgroup, thus supporting python 2.6 and 2.7 with a single portfile.

The port is now unified, but the py27 subport is still missing.

The current version of the port fails to fetch. Apparently, the homepage moved to http://etetoolkit.org/ and the distfile is available through PyPI. The current version seems to be 2.2.1072, no Py3 compatibility
