Description
After a clean uninstall of everything that was previously working *on Mountain Lion*, but which reported port outdated problems, after upgrading from Lion, and doing a clean port uninstall, I got the attached error message.
I have Xcode 4.4 installed and working, with command line tools, as well as the latest X-quartz.
I have replaced the new /opt/local folder with the old one that works for py-spyder (with likely update problems if I try)
