Description

The attached patch upgrade icu port to 49.1.2. It also refreshes patch-universal.diff to apply cleanly. Tested with +universal on Mountain Lion with clang.

Refresh again to fix doc installation. The directory structure and files has changed, so changed the script accordingly.

Updated in r98335.

I didn't understand why the post-destroot block of the doc variant was so complicated so I simplified it.

I also removed the unnecessary --mandir configure arg.

Now I need to find all ports using icu and increase their revisions to rebuild them...
