Description
torsocks installs ${prefix}/etc/torsocks.conf, but ports should not install files users are expected to modify. Instead it should install a sample conf file.

This is fixed and a new ticket has been opened for Portfile updating (#37352). I believe this ticket could now be closed and would do so my self, should I be able to.
