php: cn.php.net mirror no longer exists

Similar to ticket #39013 - following steps to resolve from that ticket do not resolve the issue (sudo port clean --all php5; sudo port self update).

This is with Macports base version 2.1.3 on OS X 10.8.4 and Xcode 4.6.2

Thanks for reporting the problem. Fixed in r106928.

Wait 30 minutes, then "sudo port clean --all php5" and then "sudo port selfupdate" and then try again.
