ghc @7.6.3_2: Add gcc48 and gcc49 variants, default to gcc48.

Description
Please find attached a Portfile diff for ghc to add gcc48 and gcc49 variants and change the default variant gcc48. I did this to bring ghc in line with other ports, which seem to be defaulting to gcc48 and providing variants for gcc49.

+gcc48? They should not be doing that yet.
Oh that's interesting; I didn't realize that.
The ports I have installed that seem to be defaulting to gcc48 are R, octave-devel (from looking at the Portfile, it appears that the non-devel Octave port similiary defaults to gcc48) and openmpi.
I could change this patch to just add the gcc48 and gcc49 variants and leave the default to gcc47 alone, if that is easier?

I’ve realized that the new Fortran-variant recipe sets +gcc48 as default. At this point you might as well just go with it.

r111036. I haven't changed the default variant yet – I'd like to wait until the project moves to gcc48 officially.
