I noticed the omission as well and when I went to create a Portfile earlier today, stumbled across this: https://trac.macports.org/ticket/41986
Which I have been updating.
I have a Portfile which seems to function OK locally.
Unfortunately, submitting it as a PR (now a few times) has resulted in encountering CI/build bot errors and I haven't quite ironed those out yet.
Regardless, I thought I would also update this ticket.
Chances are whatever PR submission does pass the CI/build bot checks should also cite this Trac ticket as closed for good measure.
Additional eyeballs are welcome!
Thanks!

Superseded by a submission of this port in #42895.
AFAICS, a port 'zmap' is still not in MacPorts.

My most recent PR passed the CI/build bot checks:
https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/18689
So, I think it's pretty close to being good to go?
I don't have commit access, so it will be up to someone else to merge the PR.
