I just made error when compiling this ticket!
I guess we can regard the port as not abandoned, but please indicate what exactly we should do about maintainership. I would propose co-maintainership here and adding openmaintainer

Thanks for clarifying. openmaintainer
seems to make sense; cc65 is used by (at least) three communities, and no single maintainer is likely to be familiar with all targets.

The maintainer
mentioned in the Portfile
is (or are) the person(s) which maintain(s) the MacPort itself, not necessary the software which it provides. Sometimes these may coincide, but this is rather rare. It is mostly about dealing with tickets related to the port and providing updates.
