I tried this, but am still experiencing an issue. I have attached the main.log.

Great, thanks. This shows us that the problem is:
:info:build opt/local/include/boost/type_traits/detail/has_binary_operator.hp:50: Parse error at "BOOST_JOIN"
So this ticket is a duplicate of #46441.
