Perl SOAP::Lite module. Pretty straight forward build.
I found a version 0.65_6 and did a portfile for it that has not been committed yet.
I don't understand why sometimes the standard location does not contain the latest versions. 0.65_6 had a number of fixes so I thought it might be better.
