VLC-devel @2.2.2-20150427_2: update to 2.2.2-20160120

VLC and VLC-devel are rather out of date. Version 2.2.2 is the current stable version, and 3.0.0 is unstable see #47313, open for 9 months.

Instead of moving 2.2.2 to stable and waiting for someone to update devel to 3.0.0, I have updated devel to the current (release) version of 2.2.2.

This doesn't build for me because the existing patches don't apply cleanly. Were you able to build it? Is there something missing?

Yes, it built in the default configuration:

VLC-devel @2.2.2-20160120_0+qtkit+quartz (active)

under Mavericks and El Capitan. I did not test other variants.

I now see that René has a Portfile for version 3 in his private repository. (I'm not sure whether it is production-ready or not given some other comments in #50694.)

• Marius, are you willing to double-check current differences between René's VLC and VLC-devel and figure out whether anything from VLC-devel is still missing from VLC (I would assume that René already did his homework, but the second pair of eyes never hurts; one dependency was missing that prevented the build to succeed in the first attempt).
• Should we perhaps use Marius' idea and defile LUA_COMPAT_APIINTCASTS (from patch-lua-5.3.diff) instead of using lua 5.2 or is better to play safe and use lua 5.2? (I didn't test the patch yet.)
• Should we upgrade VLC-devel to 3.0.0 or should it become "replaced_by VLC"? I see no reason to update it to the same version as VLC.

VLC-devel declared obsolete for now replaced by VLC in r148364. See #50697.
