Replying to ryandesign:

Please either rename the QGIS port's directory from qgis to QGIS, or change the port's name from QGIS to qgis by adding a name qgis line to it.

You just added a qgis3 port, which indicates you've made a decision about what the basename for this family of ports should be. So please change the name of the QGIS port to qgis to close this ticket.

How can I overwrite the decisions this line:

github.setup qgis QGIS ${version_u} final-

makes?

Thanks!

Just add a name qgis line after it.

Doesn’t work. :(

Never mind. I dropped out of the GitHub port, and I have reverted to “manual” download, which is satisfactory.
