Installing inkscape from port with the command:
$ sudo port install inkscape
I get the following error :

This is not a clean build log. Please clean
the port and try again. Then attach the new main.log file.

Tried the following commands:
$ sudo port clean source-highlight $ sudo port install source-highlight
I got the same error as you can verify from the updated log.

Do you have anything installed in your /usr/local
folder such as boost? If so, please move or delete it.

I temporary moved the content from /usr/local to ~/local and now the port works fine.
