Unable to install texlive-bibtex-extra

I'm attempting to install texlive +full +letter but am running into a problem when attempting to install the texlive-bibtex-extra dependency:

None of the port mirrors seem to be responding, and some of them if I visit the page directly don't even have the file: texlive-bibtex-extra-44385-run.tar.xz listed as present. Is there a version mismatch somewhere?

The same seems to apply to all the packages required by +full, but not the ‘medium’ installation. (I installed the medium installation successfully if inadvertently.) It is also not able to install from source only. (Evidently, packages like texlive-lang-chinese that depend on other, uninstallable packages like texlive-lang-cjk fail anyway.)

The files are not on our servers, because we are not automatically mirroring files; see #53347.

The real problem seems to be that the master servers at washington.edu that we have listed in the portfiles are not responding. Until they are back online and responding again, I can't even manually mirror the files.

Dear TeXlive people,

I cannot check port texlive, neither any of its dependencies. See the trace regarding texlive-basic below.

As far as I can see, version 44435 is not available at any of those repositories. The last available version at ​https://distfiles.macports.org/texlive-basic is 41271 from 2016-07-04.

May be a missing push?
