I got it fixed after I rerun these commands: sudo xcode-select -s /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer, xcode-select --install, sudo xcodebuild -license, sudo xcodebuild -runFirstLaunch

and open Xcode for the first time and installed the required dependency.
