I'm experiencing the same issue on macOS 10.13.3. I've attached main.log.

I'm having the same issue on macOS 10.13.3 where installation of wgrib2 fails with 

:info:build GDT.c:10:10: fatal error: 'grib2.h' file not found
:info:build #include "grib2.h"
:info:build          ^
:info:build 1 error generated.
:info:build make[1]: *** [GDT.o] Error 1

Compilation still fails; I need to copy grib2.h from the work dir of wgrib2 to /opt/local/lib/proj5/include by hand to make it compile properly.
