appbundler: fails to build on 10.14.6

Tryint to install appbundler on 10.14.6 fails with:

sudo port install appbundler

appbundler seems also quite outdated:

• version 1.1 is based on a commit from 2017-08-02
• hosting moved from bitbucket to github in the mean time
• livecheck is missing

Maybe a simple update to the current version can fix this bug as a side effect.
