Even after clean and re-attempt, R-app fails. R installed successfully. MacOS 10.14.6

FYI, you see that ibtool error quite often since xcode 10; I usually just reinplace 10.5 to 10.6 in the xib files affected.

It is possible to make xib files compile correctly on PowerPC? At least on 10.5.8.
Since R GUI 1.67, as I remember, some major changes were done, one of those to xib, and newer versions fail to build with Xcode on PowerPC. (I have built up to R GUI 1.72, but replacing xib with older ones.)
