Description
I'm attempting to upgrade libreoffice to the most recent version through MacPorts on macOS 11.3.1 Big Sur (Intel version).
However, I receive an error that it failed to configure.
I debugged the config.log file and got to this line
conftest.c:34:4: error: use of undeclared identifier 'not'
Normally, I'd have no issue tweaking the conftest file to add a missing header, but I'm not sure how to proceed here.
Log files are attached.

You appear to be running an older git version of MacPorts base. Please update to 2.7.0-beta2 (or the current HEAD) to make sure that isn't part of the problem.

I think it needs a patch for 11.3. I'll check upstream.
