Description

With the release of PHP 8.1 pending it would be nice to have a php81-xdebug. As far as I can tell it shouldn't be anything other than a version bump in the port file.

When php 8.1.0 final is released (​expected November 25) I will add php81 subports to all the php module ports that build successfully.
