I have tried to install a software called Demeter. It requires an installation for libgcc10. But the whole process keeps failing again and again. Any solution? Thanks!

From the log, I see that you are running macOS 12 on an Apple Silicon Mac. gcc10 is too old to work on an Apple Silicon Mac. In fact, no released version of gcc works on Apple Silicon yet. Work on Apple Silicon compatibility progresses, and you can get the latest version in the libgcc-devel and gcc-devel ports. Use those instead of gcc10 on Apple Silicon. Hopefully, once gcc12 is released, it will work on Apple Silicon.
Let's call this a duplicate of #63780
