hugin-app-2019.2.0_4+accelerate+python39: clicking stitch button does nothing

Description

After applying patch in #64593 I was able to successfully build hugin-app. This created /Applications/MacPorts/Hugin.app and a number of other things. Hugin.app launched without crashing but certain functions didn't work.

The first problem was running "Create control points" which generated a dialog "Error - Could not find cpfind in path." I did have /opt/local/bin/cpfind on my system. I was able to workaround this problem changing Hugin > Preferences > Control Point Detectors > cpfind > Edit... > Program = "cpfind" to "/opt/local/bin/cpfind".

After making the above change and up until the point of pressing the "Stitch!" button on the Stitcher tab everything I normally did seems to work. Pressing the Stitch! button opens a file dialog but did nothing. I think normally this would launch the PTBatcherGUI.app (possible passing a script). I did have a /Applications/MacPorts/PTBatcherGUI.app and it did run when clicked on manually. I am not sure if this is another path problem, if some macOS 12.2 security feature is preventing it to be launched or something else is going on? Not sure how to debug. I tried running /Applications/MacPorts/Hugin.app/Contents/MacOS/Hugin from Terminal hoping to see some debug messages to console but the application crashed.

This is all on macOS 12.2, arm64 Xcode 13.2.1.
