Description (last modified by kaamui)
Trying to install MacPorts, it actually fails with the official package on the described configuration I tried it on.
Installing it via source code works perfectly.
No issue on another iMac, intel chip, Ventura 13.3.1.
I have no idea how to find logs for this installation failure, but I can look at it if you tell me where I can gather more information.
Tried with https://github.com/macports/macports-base/releases/download/v2.8.1/MacPorts-2.8.1-13-Ventura.pkg
I must precise that it's in the context of machines prepared for education purposes, that are heavily configured, so it might be an issue coming from this instead of an issue with MacPorts package.

Thank you for you answer.
I first of all verified that it was not due to the explained context. I created a local user and used a wifi connection instead of the ethernet one and was able to install it, so it was probably a connection refused or something like that.
The ticket can be closed. Sorry for the false positive !
