I am using Mac OS X 10.14.6. py37-joblib is failing to install. I will attach the log below. Thank you.

Summary: py37-joblib @1.3.1_0: failing to install → py37-joblib @1.3.1_0: ERROR Missing dependencies: setuptools>=61.2

It says: 

:info:build ERROR Missing dependencies:
:info:build     setuptools>=61.2

That's weird because py37-setuptools is listed as a dependency. Is it installed?

On our buildbot it fails for a ​different reason.
