The reason I mention it is that the current version fails to build on all buildbot workers, so the port need some attention, if not to update it, then at least to fix the build failures.
Sure, I will check it today.
- S. The issue is that BioConductor packages were all updated around end of June, and I also moved most of them if not all to GitHub versions which are further ahead, but
R-ChemmineR
happened to be forgotten, and got stuck at the old BioConductor version. I will include it in today’s update. CRAN is back from sleep, and many updates are out.
