It will not build against the version of Xcode we use for Big Sur.

Of course we don't want to use Sparkle at all. Looks like version 5.08 introduced the
USESPARKLEdefine to let you turn it off.Why is this port limiting Big Sur users to 4.79? 5.21 is supposed to be compatible with High Sierra and later.
