Description
Trying to install py311-matplotlib +qt5
, py311-pyqt5
got pulled in as a dependency and then failed to build. Build log attached.

Yes, updating MacPorts base won't fix most port build failures. Usually, it is a problem with that port that needs to be fixed in that port.
In this case, this problem has already been reported in #68415.

I upgraded to macports 2.10.2, and tried cleaning and reinstalling
py311-pyqt5
. Still did not build, new log attached.
