Summary: new portfile: py26-pyfitspy26-pyfits: new portfile

We've also had a py27 version submitted in #29090. We'd like these two ports to be as similar as possible, and ideally have the same maintainers. Since the py27 port is for a newer version, may I create the py26 version based on it, ignoring the version in this ticket? Would the two of you like to co-maintain each others' ports, to better facilitate keeping them updated in unison?

You've listed distribute as a dependency but it seems to install even without distribute. Does fits really use distribute?

Sorry for the delay. Created py26-pyfits based on py27-pyfits in r79103.
