Install private Tk headers too

Description

Many Tk extensions rely on the "private" headers (tkInt*.h) being available, inluding:

  • togl
  • Tcl3d
  • tkpath

Note that Ubuntu/Debian install these headers by default. I think it makes sense to do so too.
