Description
Hi - I am attempting to install gnu radio on a Mac running the latest El Capitan OS.
DOXYGEN fails to install due to an unsupported issue with the latest MAC OS 10.11 software.
Can the version of Oxygen be updated in the repository please ?

The unsupported message is a warning only. The build failure is due to an incompatibility with flex 2.6.0. Duplicate of #49881.
